Accreditation
PreConference Workshop is approved for 6 hours of continuing education
credit and Conference is approved for 11 hours of continuing education units
through Iowa Western Community College, Provider # 6, for nurses, social
workers, nursing home administrators, physical therapists, occupational
therapists and speech pathologists. A certification fee of $5 will apply for
PreConference and $10 for conference. Illinois social workers are also
eligible for the same continuing education credits, courtesy of the Village
of Hoffman Estates, Department of Health and Human Services.

Lodging
This year's conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Nashville, 315
4th Avenue North. Preferred room rates for conference attendees are $99
per night for Single and Double Occupancy, $119 for Triple Occupancy and
$139 for Quad Occupancy. (Rates do not include state and local tax.)
