Accreditation
PreConference Workshop is approved for 6 hours of continuing education
credit and Conference is approved for 11 hours of continuing education units
through Iowa Western Community College, Provider # 6, for nurses, social
workers, nursing home administrators, physical therapists, occupational
therapists and speech pathologists. A certification fee of $5 will apply for
PreConference and $10 for conference. Illinois social workers are also
eligible for the same continuing education credits, courtesy of the Village
of Hoffman Estates, Department of Health and Human Services.

Southwest Airlines is offering a 10% discount on most of its already low
fares for air travel to and from The Meeting of the Millennium. You or your
travel agent may call Southwest Airlines Group and Meetings Reservations at
1-800-433-5368 and reference ID Code F8810. Reservations Sales Agents are
available 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, or 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday. You must make reservations five or more days prior to
take advantage of this offer.

Lodging
This year's conference will be held at the Doubletree Hotel Nashville, 315
4th Avenue North. Preferred room rates for conference attendees are $99
per night for Single and Double Occupancy, $119 for Triple Occupancy and
$139 for Quad Occupancy. (Rates do not include state and local tax.)
Preferred room rate reservations can be made by calling 615-244-8200.
Deadline for preferred room rate is January 6, 2000. Please identify that
you are making reservations for the American Association for Therapeutic
Humor conference when calling.
