This individualized program is designed to help executives, professionals, management, and staff members to develop their inter- and intra-personal skills. It is particularly encouraged for those who are experiencing interpersonal difficulties and challenges in the workplace and want to learn their own interpersonal styles and how to mesh that style with employees, co-workers, supervisors, etc.
